Over the weekend of 23rd to 26th of May 2008, the Imp Club organised an 'Irish Experience' near Virginia, County Cavan. The event was based at a campsite in Ryefield and was organised by John Sheppard, who is the area centre coordinator for the Imp Club in Ireland. There were cars from all over the UK and Ireland as well as several that had made the journey from Holland.

I travelled up from Cork in my Hillman Imp, 72W803, (which suprisingly made the return journey without breaking down or overheating!) and met up with the club in Canningstown, Bailleborough. We were entertained by members of the Breffni Vintage club and also the Celtic Old Vehicles Owners Club. Click below for some pictures . . .
